Roles & Responsibilities of GM sales & marketing


Target Oriented & Aggressive approach

  • Negotiation with clients
  • Propagate company vision & mission among customers and sales people in the field.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
  • Analyse sales data and collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
  • Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
  • Manage sales pipeline of the area of operation, guide, and mentor and personally own large deals build on occupancy through better conversion.
Suggest to senior management improvement & changes wherever needed.

  • Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements

  • Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference.

Prior Experience / Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B SALES)

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA/B.E/B.Tech is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of PCBA Industry is required (preferably prior experience in PCBA/ EMS / Semsicon Industry).
  • Previous responsibility for strategic business development, high technology services marketing.
  • Revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience influencing Clevel executives highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutionsoriented.
Should be have the knowledge of P&L, Costing, and Budgeting
