    Description

    Dynamic Business Finance Lead with 3-5 years of experience

    • Financial reporting, interpretation, and determining courses of action
    • Handling investment strategies and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Investors
    • Conducting due diligence, documentation, and ensuring compliance
    • Monitoring the financial health of the organization
    • Collaborating with Auditors and various department heads internally
    • Developing business plans, budgets, trends, and performance projections
    • Analyzing costs, pricing, sales, and variables to assess company performance against business goals
    • Identifying and evaluating cost reduction opportunities
    • Ensuring cost control, accurate product cost determination, and competitive pricing strategies
    • Tracking project costs and optimizing cost efficiencies

    The Candidate:

    • Preferred qualifications in CFA, CPA, MA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA Finance, or related fields
    • Approximately 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Business Finance
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
    • Strong process orientation and advanced analytical skills
    • Self-motivated, with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
