Responsibilities

  • Systematically escalate problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
  • Continually collaborate with multiple departments including Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Back Office, Tech Engineering to understand and develop product knowledge
  • Ownership to improve processes by analyzing escalated cases and working crossfunctionally to reduce resolution time and improve the customer experience
  • Support in various adhoc audits and other internal control initiatives on an ongoing basis
  • Be a great culture fit have the startup energy and be ready to be on the move at all times.

Skills

Requirement

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer interaction,
  • Experience in the field of Fintech, Insurance & Healthcare is an added advantage.
  • Handon experience in handling customers
