    Description

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Identity Management Engineer with experience in supporting Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and expertise in Okta/Auth0 platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering OAM and providing support for identity management solutions. Additionally, proficiency in code fixing/debugging for Okta and familiarity with Active Directory and Azure are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Administer Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to ensure the security and integrity of access control systems.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for identity management solutions, including Okta and Auth0.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
    • Perform code fixing and debugging for Okta to address issues and optimize performance.
    • Configure and manage integrations between identity management systems and other enterprise systems, such as Active Directory and Azure.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity management and security.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in supporting identity management systems, with a focus on Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
    • Experience administering Okta/Auth0 platforms and performing code fixing/debugging for Okta.
    • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure integration with identity management systems.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
