Overview of job

Mindshare Fulcrum (A division of Group M) is looking for a _Partner-Finance & Commercial_ to be part of its Finance, Commercial & Operations team.

You will be responsible for managing Commercial and Financial reporting.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Deputy Finance head

Measures of success

  • In three months:
  • In depth understanding of the agency KPIs and start tracking on the deliverables.
  • Commercial understanding on all media deployment processes followed by agency.
  • Understanding of the scope for various audits, data requirements & broad queries raised by the auditors.

In six months:

  • Track & report various agency KPIs status with internal leadership team & client.
  • Track timelines and provide inputs to monthly commercial review meeting.
  • Address audit queries & have discussions with the auditors for resolution.
In 12 months

  • Ensure complete understanding of the Profile and start taking decisions.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Agency KPI management
  • Tracking all KPI deliverables
  • Ensuring timely & accurate reporting on a monthly basis
  • Aligning all internal & external stakeholders on a periodic basis
  • Driving the monthly Commercial Review Meeting (CRM)with the client
  • Reviewing the deck with internal teams
  • Publishing the MOM & tracking on delivery within agreed timelines
  • Follow through on open points & ensure closure before the next CRM
  • Consolidated Spends MIS for all external & internal stakeholders
  • Accurate tagging & reporting of spends data on a monthly basis
  • Ensure adhoc requirements from client/business teams are submitted as per timelines
  • Regional/Global reporting for MS for South Asia markets
  • Reviewing all reports published by the other markets before publishing
  • Tracking all deliverables & understanding the local market nuances
  • Discussions with regional & global teams on a requirement basis
  • Managing multiple audits (client/statutory/internal/WPP)
  • Thorough check on data being shared with auditors
  • Ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely manner
  • Support to be provided to the SA markets for all client audits
  • Functional Audits as and when required by Management
  • Working with GroupM MR/corporate teams on a requirement basis
