Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the
UK, Australia, and the US , building
rapport, understanding client needs, and promoting our services with integrity, as a representer for Ethical Den's Digital Marketing and Software Development services
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our services can address their needs.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular followups, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and meeting their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our
sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to our business growth. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and insights in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of **6 months
- 1 year ** of proven experience in tele calling sales & marketing exposure, showcasing your ability to excel in a clientfocused role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with an articulate and professional phone manner
:
- Familiarity with
Digital Marketing and Software Development concepts will be advantageous
- Adaptability to tailor conversations based on client preferences and evolving business needs.
Strong organizational skills to manage a steady flow of calls and interactions.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivation, and a desire to exceed targets while maintaining ethical practices.
Work Schedule:

5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
