  • Job PurposeProcess Management for Insurance Business for Lending Business channels (Assets).
Drive the product and Business-Planning Process across Cross-Functional Teams.

Analyze Business Needs.

Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple projects and departments.

Appraise new ease of process ideas and strategize appropriate new initiatives and go to-market plans

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Business Process Management, Strategy, Records and Income MIS, etc.
Ownership of the exception review process while maintaining adherence to Company policies, SLA's and Critical to Compliance (CTC) measures

  • Ability to understand the larger industry, organization's priorities, and develop a clear roadmap for owned products.
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing the roadmap and communicating the same to a diverse audience comprising management, technology, and other teams.
  • Brings new insights and ideas by using industry knowledge, competitive analysis, regulatory changes, and technology innovations.
  • Exhibit a relevant work experience in process improvement, change management, and project management, with 2+ years as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • Creating, maintaining and reporting out of all Dashboards, Reporting and Exception reporting
  • Led and coached transactionalrelated projects with demonstrated success and financial results
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), mediation (conflict resolution) and facilitation skills
  • Selfstarter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
  • Drive process improvement and internal controls
  • Reporting
of deficiencies against current processes and policies

  • Design Process Improvement plan
  • Define documentation of Projects related to Process Improvements
  • Excellent problemsolving and design skills with an ability to define a clear problem statement, user scenarios, use cases including edge cases, and the underlying assumptions.
  • Prior handson experience in technology development is highly preferred with the ability to deep dive into technical designs.
  • Ownership attitude to ensure that process is not just designed and developed, but also adopted by the target audience.
  • Collaborative personality and leadership skills to work with a diverse set of colleagues and drive execution without having direct authority.

Job role:


Easing Process as well as formulating new business processes for Insurance and General Insurance Product across channels and take the responsibility of Digital Acquisitions through DIY process.

Ownership of the exception review process while maintaining adherence to Company policies, SLA's and Critical to Compliance (CTC) measures

Develop a strong operating rhythm across functions to help drive improvements through policy, process, procedures, strategy, and technology

Work with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Functional Complaint leaders, Process Owners, Supplier Managers, Training, and Client teams in Issue Resolution

Effectively planning the strategies by understanding the business dynamics, gap analysis, interacting with key stakeholders and framing implementation plan for seamless execution

Have a keen eye to track the latest offering and developments in the market and become a repository for market
