Assisting the sales process by maintaining a fully-stocked store
A competitive retail Luxury Perfume Sales Executive is what we are looking for, to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.
Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation.Job Requirements:
Proven working experience in retail sales preferred though its not a must
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Very Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintaining a fully-stocked store
Ascertaining customers' needs and wants
Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs
Welcoming and greet customers
Managing point-of-sale processes
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
Keep up-to-date with product information
Accurately describing product features and benefits
Following all companies policies and procedures

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
