Roles and Responsibilities
Dedupe Rules Review & Framework implementation across the Bank:
- Review of dedupe logic basis regulations and internal guidelines
- Review and implementation of revised Dedupe rules
- Drafting of dedupe framework, include system enhancements, monitoring controls, assign ownership and obtain CMC approval
- Implementation of the approved Dedupe Framework across the Bank
- Post implementation review
Driving closure of identified exception from report: - Keep exception cases on track by closing milestones in a timely manner
- Ensure customer communication is accurate and timely
- Engage stakeholders in pushing closure of identified exceptions
- Make sure the report is accurate by identifying all exceptions cases
