    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Design, code, test, and debug low latency, high availability, and performant frontend applications.
    • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
    • Propose innovative solutions to complex problems with minimal guidance.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
    • Own the architecture for your module and scale the application.
    • Lead projects and mentor junior team members.
    • Have the ability to manage and implement the quality control strategies for green build daily and zero regression failures.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • 12+ years of experience in front-end application development.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as ReactJS, Golang, HTML5 CSS3 etc.
    • Understanding of , , D3 High Charts.
    • Development of frontend applications for different delivery platforms such as Mobile and Desktop.
    • Ability to implement the strategies and build the capability to deliver applications that match 100% with Figma in the first go.
    • Understanding of Accessibility and Security compliances.
    • Experience with version control systems like Git.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
    • Proven ability to work independently and lead projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications :
    • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Experience with full-stack development.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
    • Experience in mentoring junior team members.
    • Certification in relevant software development methodologies or tools.
