Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and contacting potential clients, filtering out leads, and building and maintaining relationships with them.

Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads that have the potential to convert into valuable customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various sources, including databases and online platforms, to identify potential leads
  • Conduct outbound calls to reach out to leads and qualify their interest in our products/services
  • Engage in effective questioning and active listening to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients
  • Filter out unqualified leads based on predetermined criteria
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system
  • Nurture relationships with leads by providing relevant information and updates about our offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further conversion
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
