Description

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment used in the lubricant manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure a high level of performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and mentorship to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise in problemsolving.

• Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance personnel.
• Conduct safety training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring costeffective maintenance practices.
• Source and procure necessary spare parts and equipment while optimizing costs.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
• Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and efficiency metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of the manufacturing plant.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in lubricant manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing plant, and a strong understanding of lubricant production processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of maintenance technicians.
• Indepth knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance within the maintenance team.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
