Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Position:
CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:


FRESHERS CAN APPLY

Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Regularly update and maintain customer records to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.


Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
Generate reports and analysis from the CRM system as required.


Training and Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of the company's products/services and CRM tools.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM.


Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • Any Graduate
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ENGLISH is a MUST.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customercentric mindset and a commitment to delivering highquality service.

Additional Requirements:


  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Fluent in English
