Job Duties for Handling and Managing the E-commerce Website:

Website Maintenance:

Regularly update and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functioning smoothly, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across different devices and browsers.

Content Management:
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the website. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information, appealing visuals, and compelling product descriptions to enhance the overall user experience.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring products are accurately reflected on the website. Coordinate with the relevant teams to update stock availability, manage backorders, and prevent overselling or stockouts.

Order Processing:
Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders, including order verification, packaging, and shipping coordination. Ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate shipping information, and effective communication with customers regarding their orders.

Payment and Security:
Oversee the payment processing system, ensuring secure transactions and compliance with payment gateway standards. Monitor fraud prevention measures and implement appropriate security protocols to safeguard customer data.

Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to the e-commerce website promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for further assistance.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and sales data.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to improve website performance and drive sales growth.

SEO and Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, optimize product listings, and improve website visibility in search engine results.

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize sales opportunities.

Platform Enhancements:
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technology advancements, and best practices. Propose and implement website enhancements.


Job Types:

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
