    About WheelsEye:

    WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup.

    We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology.

    We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India.

    We aim to provide fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: GPS, Fastag, Fuel tracking, Marketplace, and more.

    We are in "Mission Mode". We operate with only one intent - solving our customer's problems, and adding value to their lives.

    Role - We are hiring


    We are actively seeking a Program Manager - Growth / Sales who can actively work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales/growth initiatives, work with the regional sales team to drive achievement of monthly goals, analytically identify improvement areas, and problem-solve for the same.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Driving Sales Initiatives: Work with crossfunctional teams to drive sales initiatives / new launches by virtue of conducting daily sales cadences for the assigned regions, managing the feedback loop on the said initiative, and basis the feedback implementing remedial actions.
    • Analytical Problem Solving: Analyzing the internal data within the sales ecosystem of Wheelseye to identify improvement areas and problem solving to derive actionables against the same.
    • Daily Reporting &

    MIS:

    Providing day to day MIS visibility to sales setup such that it can be actioned upon by regional sales leadership.


    • Driving Monthly Sales Numbers: Owning and working along with region sales leadership to drive achievement against monthly sales targets across different product categories within the SAAS business.
    • Benchmarking: Conducting internal or external primary / secondary research from time to time either to facilitate research on a new launch / initiative or to understand reasons for success / failure of an initiative.
    Preferred Education & Experience:


    • B. Tech (Tier 1 only
    • IITs, NSIT etc.) or MBA (Tier 2 and above only) with 24 years of experience in program management roles.
    • Knowledge of Advanced excel & G-Sheet (Knowledge of SQL & Python are preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
