Description

As the Tour and Travel Packages Sales Manager at Tour Umbrella, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of tour packages.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote tour packages and meet sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right tour packages and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of tour packages and exceptional customer experiences.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and future opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
