Apptrics LLC is hiring - Freshers

Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST

Required Experience: 0

  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales.
  • Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors.
  • Good knowledge of US tax terms like C2C, W2 & 109
  • Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD
  • Must be a resultsoriented selfstarter with the ability to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Submitting consultant's profiles to Prime / Tier 1 Vendors.
  • Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
  • Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing them about requirements and submitting as per their comfort.
  • Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is placed in minimum turnaround time.
  • Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management.
  • Negotiating and taking rate confirmation before submitting the consultant's CV to vendors.
  • Handling postinterview aspects such as followup with the vendor for interview feedback

₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
