Job Purpose

  • Drive Monthly and YTD Postpaid Churn and Retention performance for Consumer & IOIP Mobility base (in line with the Budget), to contribute positive net additions target
  • Drive Proactive Retention through Onboarding, CPM (Churn Propensity Modelling ) and other initiatives
  • Upgrade Programs to engage the customers by increasing Telco ++ penetration & driving plan upgrades

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key Deliverables:


  • Overall Churn as per National target.
  • Drive & own Proactive Retentions
  • Analytics, Insighting and Feedback
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for identification of Proactive churn reduction opportunities, business case creation and program management
  • Track continuous action plans to closure
  • Leadership engagement through regular updates and reviews
  • Continuous identification of opportunities to Automate & Digitize engagement with Postpaid customers.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise around VIL processes, and systems
  • Ability to lead, influence, create and work within crossfunctional team environments
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of SQL, MS Access and MS Powerpoint is a must

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Post Graduate (Engineering) or MBA with a min 79 years of experience
