To further form and scale up Digital & Tech - Process Automation Chapter, we are looking for a
Process Automation Chapter Member - Task Automation Expert and in this role, this role, your work will involve identifying, understanding, developing, and delivering automation through automation technology, available within and outside dsm-firmenich.

Keyresponsibilities**:


  • Enables a continuous automation value discovery approach, in close collaboration with Business Optimization Chapter.
  • Drives business selfserviced automation solutions, with a zero to limited dependency on IT expertise (digital business workforce).
  • Collaborates with other chapter / squad members to ensure proper development, deployment & maintenance of scalable process automation solution.
  • Works with business & functional stakeholders to define and deliver new scalable business solutions in line with agile ways of working, in which humanmachine 'symbiosis' collaboration is maximized per design.
  • Continuous focuses on building competency in new / future approaches (e.g., design thinking, experience management) & technologies (e.g., Intelligent Automation) and business acumen (value discovery).
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with key business and technology stakeholders intern and external dsmfirmenich.

Youbring**:


  • University degree, preferably in Technology
  • 3 years of proven experience in end2end process automation in a B2B and B2C business
environment, using tools like process & task mining (e.g., Celonis, Data Analytics AWS

services), intelligent Business Process Mgt solutions (e.g., Appian, Pegasystems), task

automation (e.g., BluePrism, UIpath), LC/NC automation (e.g., Power Automate Platform,

Mendix), AI/ML (e.g, Azure Cognitive services, AWS Cognitive Services), especially

combination thereof.

  • Advanced certification in especially task automation technology.
  • Experienced using welldeveloped problemsolving skills (quantitative, conceptual,
analytical) in a business environment

  • Good understanding of business context, setup, strategy and its supporting functions at the
level of processes in e.g., Finance, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, etc. is required

  • Certification in Agile/Scrum Master, Design Thinking Lean Six Sigma is preferred
  • Fosters collaboration / teamwork in a global, multicultural and virtual context
  • Good understanding of and experience with IT architecture, complex IT software
development, IT security and IT operations

  • Good oral and written presentation skills required in English
  • Good communication skillsworking with various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to build trustbased relationships with stakeholders and operating team
  • Experience working in a fastpaced agile environment, comfortable navigating conflicting
priorities and ambiguous problems

  • Strong drive for personal continuous improvement and learning
