Regional Editorial Administrator
We are looking for Regional Editorial Administrator for our editorial South Asia region.

In this role, you will play a key role in managing the local editorial administrators in your region who will report to you.

Your responsibilities will range from planning and managing administrative processes across the organization to working with other departments to ensure your team's support meets the needs of our editorial teams on the ground.

You would also work on projects that span multiple countries and languages.


About the role:

As our Regional Editorial Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Making sure our editorial operation runs smoothly in each of our regions
  • Managing a diverse team of local Editorial admin support members and supporting their daily workflows by establishing and adhering to best practices
  • Ensuring that the goals of the local Editorial admin team are aligned
  • Cooperation with senior editorial management and other departments (Facilities, HR, AP) across the company
  • Establishing regular meetings with the regional General Manager
  • Setting up regular meetings with the individual team members and the entire team to provide updates and transparent feedback
  • Supporting the talent development of your team members
  • Delegating and supervising adhoc projects to team members depending on their availability
  • Maintaining a holiday schedule and delegation system for the region

About Role:

To be one of our Regional Editorial Administrators, you will likely have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and experience in office administration and people management and problem solving
  • At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Very strong written and spoken English and at least one more language relevant to your region
  • An ability and desire to manage a team across languages and geographies
  • The ability to work under pressure and with great flexibility
  • Goaloriented to meet the set objectives and goals
  • Excellent understanding of Reuters systems and polices
