Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough secondary market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials and communications adhere to the brand's tone and style.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies through data analysis and reporting.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in brand strategy, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in the development of brand positioning and messaging for new product launches.
Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
23 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
