Desired Qualities:
- Good oral written communication skills
- Familiarity with computer technology, Word & Excel
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with other teams
- Sound knowledge of web browsing.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot
- Experience in a phone based remote support role.
- Good logical reasoning kills
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
- Provide first level Technical/Nontechnical support
- Keep technical and product knowledge up to date through selflearning internal training
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Ability to identify solve the user issues over mail/telephone/remote access.
- Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and provide appropriate solution
Salary:
₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
