  • Good oral written communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer technology, Word & Excel
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with other teams
  • Sound knowledge of web browsing.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot
  • Experience in a phone based remote support role.
  • Good logical reasoning kills
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Provide first level Technical/Nontechnical support
  • Keep technical and product knowledge up to date through selflearning internal training
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Ability to identify solve the user issues over mail/telephone/remote access.
  • Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and provide appropriate solution

Salary:
₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
