Opening with a Manufacturing Company

**Position: Sr Officer / Executive

  • QMS / CCM**
    Location: Naigaon (Mumbai)

Experience -3 -6yrs

Qualification - Dip / BE /Btech




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-

Customer Complaint Management
Response to customer complaints within specified time

Communication with internal stakeholders for smooth complaint closure.

8D report filling with internal stakeholders and submission to customer/Portal.

On time effective Closure of customer complaints-TAT must be matched.

Ensure replacement to customers with effective actions by involving stakeholders.

Awareness & Training of Customer Complaints with stakeholders


IMS-System Work
QMS and IATF documentation and record maintenance

Audit preparation and readiness for QMS and IATF

Audit preparation and readiness product certifications like ATEX,ABS,DNV,UL etc.

NC closing with respective stakeholders.

Customer audit preparation-System Related

Internal audit plan and execution with internal stakeholders


MIS work
Prepare monthly MIS data and circulate to respective stakeholders.

MIS reports preparation and record maintenance


Business Management Review
Prepare data for monthly BMR meeting as per agenda

Prepare data for Quality meetings as per requirements.

To participate in IMS core committee meeting & to provide support for closure of points discussed in meeting


Salary:
₹500, ₹650,000.00 per month
