Senior Software Engineer

Department: Information Technology

Responsibilities:

Responsible for building and maintaining stable products with the latest tech stack frameworks and following Agile and DevOps ways of working.
Accountable for delivering quality solutions without compromising on deadlines.
Opportunity to redesign and enhance applications with the latest technologies.
Maximize potential in an open and recognizing work culture, being a problem-solving leader and team player.
Involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, reviewing, and deployment.
Open to learning from team members and daily experiences.

Detailed Requirements:

3+ years of experience with two or more development languages.
Must have experience working with Python and writing complex DB queries.
Experience in building RESTful APIs using Python and frameworks such as Flask.
Knowledge of ORM tools like SQLAlchemy.
Experience with AWS (or Azure) cloud services highly desirable.
Experience with Docker containerization and building web platforms with Angular9.
Skilled in writing high-quality, well-tested code and comfortable with Agile methodologies.
Key competencies include Problem Solving, Analytical skills, Collaboration, and Accountability.
An advocate for technical excellence and innovation, adaptable to change when needed.
Resilient in challenging situations and can approach problems from multiple perspectives.
Proficient in utilizing DevOps tools and practices for building and deploying software.
AWS certifications would be advantageous.

Professional Approach:

Flexible to work in varying hours as required.
Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and articulation).

Additional Information:

Preference given to candidates with a background in Pharma/Healthcare.
Early joiners are preferred.

Please Note:

Hybrid mode of working (2 days in the office in Pune).
Shift timings: 1 PM to 10 PM (Flexible).

Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
