Description

A .NET technicallead is responsible for leading a team of developers indesigning developing and maintaining software applications using.NET technologies such as C# Angular JavaScript JQuery ASP.NET WebForms and AJAX¹. The jobdescription of a .NET technical lead typically includes thefollowing responsibilities:

Lead developmentteam on .NET platforms.

Collaborate with Agileteam members to mitigate any technical impediments.

Lead innovative approaches on infrastructure performanceoptimization & automation.

Participate inProduction Support for incidents.

Acts as experttechnical resource to others on new technologies designtechniques.

Enforces the reduction in duplicateprocesses code.

Provides senior level ITtechnical lead services and direction.

Identifies potential solutions including the cost/benefitof each option.

Communicates with projectmanager on a frequent basis.

Reviews andapproves documentation and diagrams created by IT team members(e.g. system specifications).

Qualifications fora .NET technical lead job description may include educationcertification and experience.
