  • Handling Inbound calls (Technical background US Customer Service) And Need to Handle Ecommerce Related Queries
  • Need to Handle Technical Internet Related Queries.

Designation:

CSA

  • Excellent communication skills needed
  • HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience.
  • Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
  • Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday.

Rounds of Interviews:
HR, Ops, Berlitz(VnA), Typing-25/85.

Transport Boundaries:
Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Panvel, Panvel to Kurla, Thane to Sion, Andheri to Virar


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹40,893.57 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
  • UK shift
  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
