Job Overview:


We are looking for a front office executive you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization.

You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Visitors Services, Telephone, Mail, Courier Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Announce visitors to the relevant personnel.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide basic information to callers.
  • Screen and forward calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are properly recorded and delivered to the intended recipient

Ticketing and Lodging:


  • Make official travel arrangements for Director/Employees, including booking air tickets, bus tickets, rail tickets, cabs, and hotel reservations.
  • Ensure that all travel arrangements are made in a timely and costeffective manner.

Housekeeping Staff Management:


  • Monitor office supplies and ensure that there is an adequate supply at all times.
  • Research advantageous deals or suppliers to reduce costs.
  • Handle stationary and other purchase requests from employees.
  • Ensure that all receipts are properly recorded
  • Handle the maintenance and operations of housekeeping, food and beverage, stationery, dispatch, pantry, and vendor management.
  • Ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized at all times

IT Issue Handling:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues.
  • Liaise with the IT support provider (Circutek) to report and follow up on technical issues.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Renewals:


  • Manage the renewal process for AMC agreements.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate terms and ensure timely renewals.
6.


Insurance Management:


  • Manage the renewal process for Insurance.
  • Coordinate with insurance vendors for policy renewals and claims processing.

Qualification:


  • Any Graduation
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Technical Skills

  • MS Office (Project, Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Computer literate and internet savvy
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • High level verbal and written communications skills

Pay:
₹280, ₹400,000.00 per year
