    Description
    Overview: The Lead JavaDeveloper plays a crucial role within our organization responsiblefor leading a team of Java developers and ensuring the successfuldelivery of highquality scalable and efficient software solutions.This role is vital in driving the technical direction design anddevelopment of our Javabased applications contributing to theoverall success of our projects andproducts.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor ateam of Java developers providing technical guidance andexpertise
    • Design develop and implementhighquality scalable and maintainable Javaapplications
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures
    • Participate in the entire applicationlifecycle focusing on coding anddebugging
    • Conduct code reviews and ensureadherence to coding standards and bestpractices
    • Identify and address performancebottlenecks
    • Implement and adhere to Agilesoftware development methodologies
    • Contributeto architectural and design decisions
    • Staycurrent with the latest industry trends technologies and bestpractices
    • Troubleshoot debug and resolvetechnical issues
    • Collaborate with QA engineersto ensure the quality ofdeliverables
    • Effectively communicate technicalconcepts to team members andstakeholders
    • Provide technical leadership andsupport during the entire developmentlifecycle
    • Participate in sprint planningestimation and delivery activities
    • Drivecontinuous improvement through process enhancements andinnovation
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
    • Proven experience in a lead/senior Javadeveloper role
    • Extensive handson experiencewith Java development and relatedtechnologies
    • Strong understanding of the Springframework and related modules
    • Proficiency inweb development using Javabasedtechnologies
    • Experience with Agile softwaredevelopment methodologies
    • Demonstrated abilityto solve complex technical challenges
    • Indepthknowledge of objectoriented design principles andpatterns
    • Solid understanding of databasetechnologies and SQL
    • Excellent problemsolvingand analytical skills
    • Strong communication andleadership abilities
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
    • Proven track record of deliveringhighquality software solutions
    • Experience withcloud platforms and microservices architecture is aplus
    • Relevant certifications such as OracleCertified Professional (OCP) aredesirable
