We are looking for a Business Intern, you will be a key player in driving innovation and growth.

This six-month program is tailor-made for MBA graduates with a passion for research, datadriven decision-making, and a keen understanding of market and revenue analysis.

Based in Mumbai and Pune, this work-from-office opportunity is for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, especially those with a background in B2C dynamics.

A Day in your life:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct rigorous research and utilize datadriven insights to identify market trends and opportunities, and contribute to revenue analysis strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the EdTech industry.

Analyze competitor products and market positioning.
Provide insights on target audience preferences and behavior.

Product Development Support:

Assist in the development and enhancement of B2C educational products.
Collaborate with the product team to gather requirements and provide input on feature prioritization.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas Marketing and Branding:Support the marketing team in developing strategies to promote B2C products.

Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, social media, and other channels.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns.

Data-driven

Decision Making:
Use data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Data Analytics:
Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights, generate reports, and support informed decision-making

Collaboration:

Engage closely with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Innovation:
Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team, actively contributing to our continuous improvement ethos.

Learning and Development:
Actively engage in learning opportunities within the organization.
Attend relevant training sessions and workshops.
Share acquired knowledge with the team. T

Location:
Mumbai & Pune

Skills in the spotlight:

Recent MBA graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college, specializing in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong research skills and a datadriven mindset with a good understanding of market and revenue analysis.
Preferably, a background or strong interest in B2C dynamics within the digital content or eLearning industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
