Your Role and Responsibilities

Employees in this specialty are knowledgeable in India specific Workday and SAP HRMS end to end payroll process and Offboarding activities to provide guidance on standard best practices, to provide support and address recovery queries and escalations, to identify opportunity areas, designs new processes, and implements new/improved solutions to improve results and increase productivity, and to identify risk areas and corresponding mitigating activities for any special handling or deviation to standard process.

Responsible for Full and final settlement Processing
Managing Recovery process for active and separated employees.
Leading on all Full and final settlement activities and find solutions for any differences to ensure a balanced outcome.
Based on business experience and knowledge, making best practice recommendations to improve processes and streamline the delivery of payroll services.
Ensuring that the Recovery process is fully executed as per the agreed schedule.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

7+ years in Payroll
Good understanding of SAP HRMS payroll Process
Good understading of Payroll & statutory deductions.
Good HR Accounting skills to track and close accounting open items.
Good IT skills including experience of working with excel, visio and workday
Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong knowledge of SAP HRMS and HR accounting
