    TheRole:We are seeking a motivated and techsavvyCustomer Service Representative to join our outreach team. Thisrole is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client base byengaging with toptier IT companies and skilled Microsoftfreelancers across Europe. Your mission will be to initiate contactfoster relationships and articulate our unique value proposition toboth potential clients andcandidates.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conductcold calls and outreach efforts to potential IT clients andfreelancers explaining our services and the value webring.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalismand resilience continuing to engage prospects despite challenges orinitial rejections.
    • Utilize excellent Englishcommunication skills to clearly convey messages and fosterrelationships.
    • Manage communications acrossmultiple channels ensuring all interactions align with our brandand service standards.
    • Collaborate withrecruitment and marketing teams to align strategies and enhanceoutreach effectiveness.
    • Demonstrate a highawareness level of industry trends to effectively engage withtechsavvy clients andcandidates.

    Requirements:

    • Provenexperience in customer service particularly in making cold callsand conducting client outreach.
    • Exceptionalcommand of the English language both written andspoken.
    • Strong ability to handle pressure andmaintain motivation even when faced with challenges or noresponse.
    • Techsavvy with a keen understandingof IT and recruitment industries especially in the context ofMicrosoft technologies.
    • Excellent interpersonalskills with a talent for building relationships and influencingdecisionmakers.
