Help purchasers or managers to complete inventory checks, fill out and proofread order forms, and conduct market research.- Also, sit in on meetings with vendors and ensure all goods are checked and delivered on time.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
