Roles and Responsibilities

  • Counselors should be very clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
  • Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
  • Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/college/ institutions.
  • Converting leads into successful admissions.
  • Effective and Timely Follow-ups.
  • Handle Different students' inquiries.
  • Make calls, follow ups & ownership
  • Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette.
  • Punctuality.
  • Respond to Students inquiries proactively.
  • Provide product and information to students.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Comfortable in Calling
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Graduation is Must

Salary - 18k to 25k in hand


Timings - 9:30 A.M to 6:00 P.M
