Role:
On Field Salesman

Role Definition

Sales Executive is the one who is the focal point of contact between BZB customers. He should able to retain/ maintain current customers & develop new customers to the achieve role targets.

Responsibility

Deliverable

  • Maintain existing customer and identify new potential customers to increase sale targets.
  • Identify new customers, provide the required product. information, create awareness and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain client database, van sale and van sale stock accurately on daily bases.
  • Provide Everyday sales reports to the Director.
Task &
Activities


Customer relation:

  • Retain current customers through relationship building and continue to increase sale.
  • Identify potential areas, generate new sales routes and ensure business expansion
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while working with mínimal direction
  • Ensure minimum stock availability in van at all times.

Product & service:

  • Meet customer to create product awareness and generate orders for van sale supply to retail outlets, Hotels etc.
  • Encourage branding and display of HESSA products to increase customer visibility.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure delivery of products on time.
  • Check additional products requirements (if any) and highlight the same to the management.
  • Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Understand product sale / offer and recommend changes.

Reporting:

  • Ensure closure of daily van sale/ credit and issue daily report to the Director.
  • Report customer complaints and provide feedback to the customer within 48 hours.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting with the Management and share market updates and recommendations

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
