Onboarding new clients:
The sales executive would be responsible for introducing new clients to the company's products or services. This could involve giving product demonstrations, providing pricing and package options, and negotiating contracts.
Managing clients:
Once a client has signed up, the sales executive would be responsible for managing their account.
This would involve ensuring that they receive the products or services they have purchased on time and to their satisfaction.
The sales executive would also be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that the client may have.Maintaining good relations:
The sales executive would be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service and keeping them informed of new products, services, or promotions.
The sales executive would also be responsible for identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities to help grow the business.Reporting and analytics:
The sales executive would be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales, and customer feedback. This information would be used to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
