Notion Press is India's largest book publishing platform with over 60,000 books published and sold in 150+ countries. We are a 10-year-old platform and currently publish a new book every 30 minutes.

Our vision is to democratize publishing and help writers publish and sell their books directly to readers around the world.

We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe, and North America.

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Content Curator to join our growing organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for curating lists of books, scoring them based on various metrics, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.

High levels of energy, a love for books, strong communication skills, and a knack for identifying trends are essential for this role.

In This Role You Will:

Reviews of books to score them based on various criteria such as quality, relevance, and market demand.
Monitor and check for intellectual property infringements across the books we publish and curate.
Work closely with our legal and editorial teams to address any IP issues and ensure compliance.
Continuously seek and implement innovative curation techniques and strategies that elevate our brand and user experience.
An appetite for reading and a deep love for books, movies and all forms of content
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot.
Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A passion for storytelling, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
