1. Manage the extracurricular activities of the school after regular school hours, usually from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.


  • Take attendance of all students participating in the CCA activities and maintain an accurate record of the attendance register.
  • Ensure that the attendance register is signed daily by the school principal, verifying the attendance of students.
  • Oversee the dispersal of students after the CCA activities and ensure that all students are safely and promptly picked up by their parents or guardians.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians about any changes or updates related to the CCA activities or dispersal timings.
  • Manage and coordinate with the teachers and staff involved in the CCA activities to ensure that they are organized and conducted smoothly.
  • Ensure that the school premises are kept clean and orderly during and after the CCA activities.
  • An after-school incharge should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage the activities and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively. They must also have an eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required for this role. Prior experience in a similar role may be preferred by some employers.1. Teaching students of various ages and skill levels the basics of Indian classical and/or devotional music.
  • Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that are engaging and effective in helping students learn and progress.
  • Evaluating student progress and adjusting teaching methods and materials accordingly.
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and helping them set and achieve musical goals.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in Indian vocal music, and incorporating new techniques and styles into teaching.
  • Participating in recitals, concerts, and other musical events as appropriate, and encouraging students to perform and showcase their skills.
  • Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards students, colleagues, and parents or guardians at all times.
  • Adhering to ethical and professional standards in teaching and promoting music education.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
