Hiring for Legal Associate for a boutique investment firm.The Legal Associate will work with the Transaction Team and the role will involve analysing transactions from legal perspective to ensure compliance with prevalent regulatory framework and laws, vetting contracts and agreements, coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve investment goals and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Structuring transactions for funding offer documents in fund raising, seed rounds, custodial agreements and term sheets in the startup industry.
- Negotiating agreements with various stakeholders.
- Conducting comprehensive due diligence on all aspects of the transaction.
- Documentation of transactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
