Blush and Bloom is Hiring for Product Associate

Role:
Product Associate


Location:
Gurgaon

  • IndiaLead product development and coordinate product launch timelines
  • Lead coordination with all third party suppliers and manufacturers
  • Leading the packaging development, coordination, and negotiation with vendors
  • Evaluate samples and coordinate feedback within and externally with suppliers
  • Vendor selection and point of contact for prototype development
  • Evaluating product samples, and managing sample testing & feedback
  • Finalizing product claims & features, product quality and stability for final launch
  • Evaluating packaging options, relaying briefs to packaging team, & finalizing packaging for new product launches
  • Managing network timelines of all new developments, & coordinating with relevant teams to launch products on targeted timelines
- stock/warehouse management

  • R& D experience in consumer care products is not essential but beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹26, ₹35,000.40 per month
