Your work will typically involve:


  • Contracts: structuring, drafting & reviewing contracts with financial institutions and bluechip technology companies. Please note this is a critical skill set. Please only consider this role if you enjoy drafting legal documents and have been recognised as being exceptionally skilled at it.
  • Regulatory matters: understanding cutting edge fintech laws across various Asia Pacific

Risk management:
advising business stakeholders on legal risks and liabilities in new business initiatives

  • Templates: sourcing and creating templates for various agreements and adapting them for regional markets
  • Manuals & systems: helping create manuals and processes to get the legal function to work better
  • Knowledge management: keeping up to speed with current changes on all relevant laws
  • Training: sharing legal knowhow across the company to help manage risk
  • Miscellaneous: advising on legal issues around employment law, real estate and other corporate issues
