Our client is a private labeling brand in personal care and sanitary and hygiene space for women,child and adult care segments.
This client intends to launch own brand for which they are looking for a business leader based at Noida.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Drive business for all product categories and ramp reveues by 2X from 350Crs.
- Formulate Business Plan ,Go-To_ Marketing Strategy and Investment Strategy.
- E Commerce and Off Line Retail expansion (Pan India basis) ROI driven marketing tie up with marketplaces Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Grofers etc.
- Develop SOPs and policies for the market betterment and value add to the business on Supply chain, Distributors Management, Packaging etc.
- Execution management and delivery of ROI through Detailed Planning, Swift Execution and Accountability for achieving top line and bottomline objectives and achieving consistent growth for organization.
Incumbent Profile:
- Dynamic MBA with exposure to FMCG/Personal Care/Hygiene products.
- Strategic sales & marketing skills with flair for new challenges and preferably worked with a startup.
- Extensive experience in new product launch, revenue generation, sales growth.
- Capability to turnaround operations,fuel business growth by acting as a change leader to attract share quity sales

₹5,000, ₹7,500,000.00 per year
