  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order-to-order
materials, goods, and Services.


  • Purchase orders and requisitions to be Send to the suppliers.
  • Review inventories and order as required.
  • Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Review deliveries against the orders
  • Track the status of any orders.
  • Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods &
Services.


  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Produce and maintain all report.
  • Vendor Registration Process in the Portal
  • Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request For
Proposals).


  • Check at least 10 Pos in a quarter to ensure all SCM compliances are
fulfilled.


  • Follow-ups related to all services at site.
  • Create Tenders through system, follow the same with the vendors and
release the PO to vendor
Job Description

Mission:

Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the instructions given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her and learning the basic techniques of his/her field of activity.

Sub-function responsible for all tasks associated with procurement of goods and services for all types of commercial processes applicable to the organisation, including tasks of supply of products, selection of suppliers, negotiation of prices and processing of orders.
