Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Identify potential clients and target markets for lighting products, including commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Present lighting product features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and meet customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction andrepeat business.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:

  • Acquire indepth knowledge of lighting products, including LED lights, fixtures, controls, and smart lighting systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest lighting technologies, energy efficiency standards, and industry advancements.
  • Assess customer needs and provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable lighting solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of lighting products.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate lighting products based on their requirements, budget, and design aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized lighting solutions for complex projects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, architects, designers, contractors, and electrical consultants.
  • Conduct regular meetings, followups, and communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide aftersales support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, and warranty management.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to lighting products.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to evaluate individual and team sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding pricing, product improvements, and marketing strategies based on market intelligence.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns, product literature, and promotional materials.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
