Qualification - Chartered Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES -

He / She will be responsible for assisting CFO in financial strategy, financial reports, company audits, compliance, fund management, fund allocation and bank relationships.
Support the CFO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
Coordinating with lenders for debt portfolio management
Overall responsibility of Business Plans of the projects
Ensuring appropriate tax models are adopted by the company
Serves as a financial advisor to both CFO and CEO as per requirement
Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.
Excellent business communication and collaboration, strategic thinking, leadership skills and analytical aptitude.
