Description
1. Resolve hardware, software and O/S related problems of users.- Understanding the user's problem, attending to it and providing a solution in the shortest period of time.
- Maintaining log/issues related to hardware and o/s
- Problem solving attitude while interacting with end users.
- Incidental/specific duties assigned by the head of department.
- Obey the rules/policy of the lab.
- Need to develop software for the organization as per requirement.
- Check Server, any hardware, networking issue needs to resolve with best of knowledge and keep IT infrastructure up and running.
- Escalate to IT Head in case of problem not being solved by System Executive
Job Types:
