    Job Description

    Version 1 is looking for an Oracle Senior Technical Consultant with solid experience in Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud technology. As part of Version 1's ERP Practice in the UK, the successful candidate will join the Oracle Cloud Technical Support team. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric approach, be process-oriented, and possess excellent documentation skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day support and ensure quality assurance for various customers
    • Assist clients in the United States during their business hours, requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across different US time zones
    • Design, develop, and support integrations in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud
    • Develop customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud
    • Document business requirements, technical specifications, and software packages
    • Help optimize business processes, drive organizational change, and ensure successful ERP initiatives
    • Manage timely delivery of changes, meet business expectations, and maintain customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with clients to address change requests and persistent issues
    • Support Cloud Quarterly Releases and coordinate testing with stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical support or a similar role
    • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and system interfaces
    • Knowledge of building integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services and FBDI files
    • Expertise in reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and XSLT
    • Hands-on experience with data migration/integration methods and SQL/PLSQL
    • Technical proficiency in OIC, FBDI files, OTBI Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, JDeveloper, BI Publisher, and Java
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ITIL process knowledge, and troubleshoot complex system customizations
    • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with defect tracking systems

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience with reporting tools such as Smart View and FRS reports
    • Knowledge of BPM workflows, Application Composer, OBIEE/OBIA/OAC
    • Oracle Cloud Technical Certification
