Job Description:

Assist in the development of job postings and descriptions to attract top talent.
Manage job postings on company website and external job boards.
Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
Provide regular updates to HR department and hiring managers on the status of job openings and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
1 year or plus of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi in both spoken and written forms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HRrelated software preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about finding the best talent for the company.
