Mentor individuals or teams on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Google Analytics.

Develop tailored learning plans and resources to meet the specific needs and skill levels of mentees.
Conduct oneonone or group training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Google Analytics best practices, techniques, and tools.
Assist mentees in setting up Google Analytics accounts, implementing tracking codes, and configuring properties and views.
Guide mentees in interpreting Google Analytics reports and metrics to derive actionable insights and make datadriven decisions.
Provide troubleshooting and support for technical issues related to Google Analytics implementation and data accuracy.
Stay updated on the latest developments, features, and updates in Google Analytics and related digital analytics platforms.
Collaborate with other team members to integrate Google Analytics into broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
Offer ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to mentees to help them continuously improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring programs and initiatives and propose improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, including proficiency in setting up accounts, configuring tracking, and analyzing data.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching others, preferably in the context of digital marketing or analytics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or equivalent are preferred.
Familiarity with other digital analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
