Job Description -Hiring Sales Executive
-(Quartz / Zeolite Poweder Industry)

Responsible for Quartz Surfaces Sale, with a target Market. Manage clients and vendors and keep up an association.
Strategic Planning for Business Growth. Maximize revenue model for a company. Scale Up business growth with times.
Business Model according to niche Market survey, responsible for upsell & crosssell. Travel for Business Purpose. Conceptualized crossselling and upselling strategies for new and current clients
Pitching to the new clients and building a Dealer Network.
Developed cold calling and lead generation process campaigns to target new Clients.

Responsibilities:

Pitching to the new clients and building a Dealer Network.
Developed cold calling and lead generation process campaigns to target new Clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Handson experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree.

Any graduate or post-graduate with 4-9 years of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
