  • We're looking for a Supervisor Service Quality in India who will be responsible in managing and improving incident management processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Improving the incident management process;
  • Control over the time of incidents' resolution and its quality;
  • Responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies;
  • Reduction of negative consequences and reputational damage, if the incident did occur;
  • Checking calls on incidents and assessing quality department employees;
  • Providing trainings for agents;
  • Give an assistance to specialists in making decisions on incidents;

Qualifications:


  • Competent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of English, Hindi
  • PC knowledge at the confident user level;
  • Developed communication skills;
  • Initiative, independence, focus on the result, the ability to bring things to a close;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, multitasking;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Management skills;
  • Friendliness, tactfulness and resistance to stress, patience
  • Work experience in a similar position.
